Professional Ice Hockey Special Floor Mat Problem Solved by Martinson-Nicholls

The mat needed to roll up easily for the Monsters building crew had exactly four minutes for set up and even less time for tear down. The carpet matting initially came in 6' X 60' rolls. These rolls then needed to be fabricated into the needed 30' X 40' mat by Martinson-Nicholls. Their new seaming process allows them to create almost any size mat and easily ship it to all parts of the country. A combination of special glue and seaming tape are key to this process. The Friday before the Saturday game Dan and his crew arrived at Quicken Loans Arena to assemble seven pieces of floor matting into a single 30' X 40' mat. "To my amazement," quoted Greg, "I met Dan at our loading dock, showed him our work area, then left for two hours, only to return to one stunning 30' X 40' burgundy mat. Allowing some four hours for the mat glue to dry, the mat was ready for our crew to begin rehearsal of set up for the next day's game. All went extremely well.
