Spine3D Creates Virtual Environments for GMC's Monday Night Football Pro Grade Challenge Interactive Website
Miami, FL (PRWEB) October 7, 2007 -- Spine3D architectural visualization studio recently completed a high profile animation project for an interactive website sponsored by General Motors Corp. The studio collaborated with DIGITAS, an international advertising giant in order to complete the work in time for this year's football season. DIGITAS provided the concept and guidance and Spine3D created the virtual execution.
The site (https://gmcnfl.com/?cmp=pgc_gmc_tile) is narrated by ESPN's Kenny Mayne, and it offers numerous perks for sports fans. Visitors can tour the Pro Grade stadium and visit luxury suites to win weekly Super Bowl tickets, instant prizes, and much more. One lucky winner will receive 3 brand new GMC vehicles.
Though Spine3D is generally known for it's cinematic animations for the real-estate industry, they quickly and successfully adapted their working methods to include interactive illustration for 3D web. "In fact, our first 3D web project was for Focal Point, a lighting manufacturer, who wanted a unique way to showcase their new product on-line. We learned a lot from that exercise and were able to apply the new methods to the GMC project" says Eddie Leon, Spine3D CEO.
"The internet is evolving more towards 3D and new tools are constantly needed to keep the public entertained and excited about various products and services. We are developing those tools at Spine3D and are eager show them of with every new project" adds Leon.
Many companies have already picked up on this trend and 3D websites are springing up everywhere. Industry giants like Sony and Michelin were one of the first to launch their own 3D web environments. The goal is to entertain and inform while inserting marketing messages in strategic places.
Although the Monday Night Pro Grade Challenge site was launched just recently, it already has a devoted audience. As the result, companies like Spine3D are suddenly in high demand. Who else can build a photo-realistic architectural environment that supports green screen narrators, showcases products, and is cinematic enough to capture the attention of over-stimulated web surfers?
As an architectural visualization studio that specializes in animation, Spine3D can do something a whole team of graphic designers, web developers and architects would otherwise have to collaborate on at great expense. This type of specialization lowers cost, decreases production time and is propelling 3D web into a successful future.
Spine3D was founded in 2000 by Kevin Smith, Eddie Leon and Johann Beckford. It has offices in Miami, New York and Shenzhen. For additional information contact: visit www.spine3d.com.
