World Football Shirts Launched; Fans Can Now Have Their Say

(Bluehost) August 17, 2007 -- Football fans all over the world now have the chance to have their say on their clubs colors by visiting worldfootballshirts.net.

The website, launched by two football enthusiasts has the clear objective of helping fans be heard. Co-founder of the site Thomas Baugh commented: "Fans more than anyone deserve to have their views heard when it comes to their clubs kit. After all, there are thousands of them each week pulling out their wallet and pulling on the shirt. It's about time manufacturers start listening."

He added: "We really want to hear from fans of all teams - not just the Premiership. I don't support a Premiership club and the views of lower league clubs are equally as vital."

The Mission

World Football Shirts gives fans the chance to discuss everything to do with their team colors and put their views forward on the issues that continually surround football shirts. Is that fluorescent green shirt really a good idea? Why should I pay forty quid for a shirt that's identical to one I already own? Is our team really good enough to have a third kit? These are the questions we all as fans ask ourselves at least once or twice every time the image of our team changes.

Now is your chance, to have your say, on your club's football shirt and who knows how much interest we can generate by making some collective noise.
